Our Vision
Law is a discipline too vast for a single expert to master every aspect of. Corporate Law Academy adopts the 'Collective and Dynamic Expertise' model based on this reality. Our academic staff is fed by a large pool consisting of faculty members working in Turkey's respected universities, senior lawyers who have deepened in their fields, and sector professionals.
This network is not a fixed and unchanging list of names. By regularly scanning academic literature, we include researchers who produce new and qualified work in their field and the best practitioners in the field into our processes. Thus, we constantly enrich our staff according to the course of legal development and the changing needs of the business world; we offer a living and value-generating academic structure.
Our Education Method
Field Analysis
Before the training, our counterparts' expectations from the training are examined. In public and social responsibility projects; the training content is determined by analyzing the priority needs of the participant group and the targeted social benefit.
Customized Education Content
Each training is planned separately according to the expectations from the training and the target audience. Our trainings are based on the method of reinforcing information through memorable examples and questions. Sector-specific case studies and simulations are used in corporate trainings. In training programs for the public, simple and concrete scenarios from daily life that everyone can understand are constructed.
Flexibility in Time and Method
The speed of commercial life and the workload of executives may make it difficult to adapt to classic training calendars. We offer flexible solutions integrated into your workflow instead of rigid training methods. We design the appropriate training with condensed, spread-out, or hybrid models according to the need; at the time slot where your manager and team are most efficient (if necessary, outside of working hours or completely digital).
Interaction and Certification
Our training process is not a one-sided lecture. We provide an interactive environment where participants are active, proceeding on a question-answer and discussion basis. Participation in the training is documented with the Corporate Law Academy's 'Certificate of Participation'.
